We provide full-service catering for all meals during your stay, from hearty breakfasts to elegant dinners. All menus are locally inspired and crafted fresh on-site.
Our menu is designed around local flavours, quality ingredients, and generous portions. Light snacks and refreshing drinks are available throughout the day to keep you energised between outings.
Hot & Cold Beverages
Tea, coffee, and cold drinks are always available. We keep the basics stocked and make sure you’re never far from a refreshing drink — whether you’re in the lodge or out in the field.
Alcoholic Drinks
We offer a select range of local wines and beers for guests who drink. For spirits or specific requests, we’re happy to arrange them for you — just let us know in advance. If your request goes beyond our catering budget, we’ll inform you of the extra cost before placing the order.
Special Requests?
Got a favorite drink? Following a dietary plan? Let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Our team is happy to arrange custom drink orders, dietary-specific meals, or celebratory treats.
